Get ready to move, build confidence, and feel sexy in this high-energy, all-levels dance class that fuses the art of twerking with hip-hop, jazz, and femme vogue styles. Each week features brand-new choreography broken down step-by-step, focusing on fluidity, musicality, and mastering new skills. Class begins with an upbeat physical warmup and stretch, moves into foundational skill-building, and concludes with a longer, stylized routine that you'll have the optional opportunity to perform in groups and film at the end. Beginners are always welcome! To get the most out of your experience, please wear comfortable, twerkable clothing and clean athletic shoes (no sticky rubber bottoms), and remember to bring knee pads, plenty of water, and high energy!
