Contemporary dance classes explore the intersection of classical technique and expressive, fluid movement often characterized by floor work, unpredictable transitions, and gravity-based sequences. Instruction focuses on developing core strength, spatial awareness, and the ability to articulate emotion through unconventional, non-linear choreography. Participants refine their agility and range of motion while working toward a seamless, organic connection between the body and the surrounding space.
