Service Description

Our Contemporary class is a welcoming and supportive space for dancers of all levels to explore movement and creativity. Each class begins with a guided warm-up, followed by improvisation exercises that encourage movement exploration and expression. We end with a contemporary combination/phrase that brings these elements together while building confidence, artistry and self expression. Whether you're new to contemporary or returning to dance, this class offers a safe environment to grow, take risks, and express yourself through movement.
