🌿 No Refund Policy
At [Studio Name], we’re committed to creating a welcoming space for movement, growth, and community. To keep things fair and consistent for everyone, we have a no refund policy for all of our classes, passes, and events.

1. General Policy
All purchases of class passes, memberships, workshops, merchandise, and events are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Missed or Canceled Classes

Missed a class? Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits for no-shows.

Studio cancellations: If we ever need to cancel a class, we’ll add a credit to your account or extend your pass expiration so you won’t miss out.

Substitute teachers: From time to time, classes may be led by a substitute instructor. We see this as a chance to learn something new—and it doesn’t qualify for a refund.
3. Passes & Memberships

Class passes and packages must be used within their stated expiration period.

Memberships are billed as agreed at purchase. Early cancellations aren’t eligible for refunds, unless required by California law.
4. Workshops & Special Events

Registrations for workshops, retreats, and events are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, and let us know at least [X days] in advance, we may be able to offer a credit toward a future workshop (at our discretion).
5. Medical Exceptions
We understand that life happens. If a documented medical condition prevents you from participating, we may provide a studio credit after review. Please note, we cannot issue cash refunds.
6. California Law
Our policy is designed to follow California consumer protection laws. Nothing here takes away any rights you are entitled to under state law.
